There is definitely more to the Mindy Tran murder than the public is aware of and the details continue to leak out.

Mindy Tran, a young Kelowna girl murdered, the ensuing investigation badly botched.  A suspect was charged but acquitted.  The police were forced to investigate themselves and silenced their concluding report.  The RCMP declared the case closed, leaving the public to wonder if the real killer had even been caught.  Could this case ever be solved?  A frightened witness may be the key; a witness that you never heard from.  This is his story.

A former Chief Justice of the BC Appeal Court has joined Shannon Murrin's legal team for his lawsuit against the RCMP. Allan McEachern will assist lawyers Peter Wilson and Paul McMurray in the case. Murrin was acquitted last year of the 1994 murder of eight year old Mindy Tran in Kelowna. The Newfoundland man says Wilson wanted one of the top legal minds to assist in the lawsuit.
