As stated on the front page of this site, former Canadian Prime Ministers, Pierre Elliot Trudeau and Brian Mulroney have been identified by former CIA operatives as being pedophiles.

When pedophiles are in high positions of power, as at least two former Canadian Prime Ministers are identified as being, it is not difficult to understand why there is such strong opposition from the authorities in responding to child protect issues or otherwise enforcing both Domestic and International Rights of Children in Canada.

PEDOPHILE STATISTICS

Society mistakenly assumes that child abuse, specifically child sexual abuses, is restricted to the deviant sexual behavior of an individual pedophile. The fact is, there are organized groups of pedophiles that abuse and exploit children on a much larger scale, including associations with crime syndicates that involve all forms of child exploitation.

Another standard misconception held by society, is that pedophilia is restricted to the male population. Although over-all statistical evidence does identify that the majority of pedophiles are male, it also confirms that the female pedophilia ratio is in the area of 1 female to 6 male pedophiles.

According to the Synopsis of Psychiatry, seventh edition, 'the perpetrator of child abuse is more often the mother than the father. Sexual abuse is usually men, although women, acting in concert with men or alone, have also been involved, especially with child pornography. The incidence of sexual abuse and child pornography is much higher than was previously assumed'.

Another fallacy, that appears to be a by-product of news media attention, is that the majority of abuse victims are girls, yet statistical evidence provided by sex offenders themselves and documented by the professional community, identifies that 60% of sexual abuse victims are boys.

Statistical American evidence identifies the fact that the average pedophile molests between 200 and 300 children. Additionally, these statistics identify that between 20 and 50 percent of all children have been victimized by a pedophile or otherwise molested, by the age of 18.

The Synopsis of Psychiatry, seventh edition, reports that 'only an estimated 2 to 8 percent of allegations of sexual abuse turn out to be false. A much higher percentage of reports cannot be substantiated because many investigations are done hastily or by inexperienced evaluators'.

BRITISH COLUMBIA PEDOPHILE RING

In June of 1998, a UN-sponsored Tribunal into Native Residential School abuse was held in Vancouver, B.C. Evidence presented at the Tribunal identified a pedophile/drug ring operating out of the Prince George-Morricetown area of the province.

Witness testimony alleges the senor B.C. native chiefs, RCMP officers and senior government officials are involved in this provincial wide pedophile ring and that it is being covered-up by all authorities.

The prestigious Vancouver Club was identified as the center of a predominantly homosexual pedophile ring involving two senior Supreme Court judges, RCMP officers, a senior United Church lawyer, two regional Indian Affairs Officers and Law Society Lawyers.

Two attempts to uncover this pedophile ring since 1996 have been smashed, including the disappearance of child survivors and a reporter who was assaulted after interviewing survivors and has not been hear of since.

The Vancouver Province newspaper was investigating the allegations but stopped after being threatened with lawsuits from the judges named.

The Radical Press, an independent newspaper and only news source in British Columbia to write about this pedophile ring, reported that the rings protection came from former B.C. Premier Ujjal Dosanjh, the Attorney-Generals office and local RCMP officers.

Concerned about the allegations in relationship to Chief Johns appointment as Minister for Children and Families, we wrote the following letter to Premier Dosanjh on December 29 2002.

Dear Premier Dosanjh:

.........writing to ask you for a reasonable explanation as to why you appointed Chief Ed John, a person implicated in a pedophile and drug ring, as British Columbia's Minister for Children and Families on November 01, 2000.

Chief Ed John is one of the senior native politicians in B.C. He is the head of the Treaty Commission and the Carrier-Sekani Tribal Council. He is not however a legitimate MLA. He was not elected by the people of British Columbia and yet you appear to have handed him this sensitive Ministry on a silver platter.

It is a matter of public record the Chief John was implicated in a provincial wide pedophile and drug ring during an independent U.N. sponsored Tribunal held in Vancouver in June of 1998. Chief John refused to appear before the Tribunal even though he was issued a Diplomatic Summons to address the allegations.

Sworn testimony given at the Tribunal stated the Chief John and other native leaders operated a child sex ring out of Morricetown, B.C., and that on occasion ten girls and boys were taken through the back door of the elite Vancouver Club in May and June of 1998 to be sexually exploited.

Members of Ed John's own tribal council have testified that top native politicians in B.C. are linked directly to the Asian drug trade and are using coastal reserves to import drugs. An article printed in the November issue of the Radical has even gone so far as to state that a Carrier-Sekani man has alleged that Chief John uses Department of Indian Affairs money to buy crack and cocaine which he traffics on the northern reserves. According to this article both the United Church and the RCMP know all about these operations however the RCMP look the other way when the drugs are brought in through Port Renfrew, Port Albany and other ports.

Were these allegations against Chief John competently investigated and was he exonerated of all implicated involvement in criminal activities prior to his appointment as the Minister for Children and Families?

Given that the RCMP and United Church are implicated as being involved in these operations which third party police force or domestic intelligence agency investigated?

It is obvious that any investigation that may have been conducted by the RCMP would not only be a conflict of interest, it would do little if anything to resolve these extremely serious allegations.

For several years there have been serious concerns, unrelated to Chief John, that some select personnel within the Ministry for Children and Families and members of the RCMP are directly involved with child pornography and prostitution operations and/or the cover-up of these operations.

Regardless of the guilt or innocence of Chief John, it is definitely not in the best interest of the children, or people of British Columbia for that matter, to appoint him Minister for Children and Families, particularly with the allegations against him and especially when the Ministry is already implicated as being one of the primary controlling factors involved with child pornography and prostitution operations in British Columbia.

In response to Premier Dosanjh's reply the following letter was sent to him on February 22, 2001.

Dear Premier Dosanjh:

......acknowledge you letter of January 29, in response to our query regarding the curious appointment of and extremely serious allegations against Chief Ed John. Your letter failed to address the questions of why Ed John was appointed Minister for Children and Families on November 01, 2000. Ed John is not a legitimate MLA. He was not elected by the people of British Columbia and yet you appear to have handed him this sensitive Ministry on a silver platter. Not only does Ed John's most curious appointment to such a sensitive Ministry provide an air of dictatorial egotism, it blatantly disregards Democratic Rights and Freedoms by withholding elected representation from the people of British Columbia.

In your response you wrote that the issue has been forwarded to the Ministry of Attorney General for investigation and possible defamation proceedings. Your reference to defamation proceedings is interesting at best. The information and evidence implicating Chief Ed John in a provincial wide pedophile and drug smuggling ring was given to an independent U.N. sponsored Tribunal held in Vancouver in June of 1998. Our perception of your reference to defamation proceedings is that you would consider any evidence given under oath, under any circumstances, be it a U.N. Tribunal or Canadian Court of Law, as being defamatory towards the accused. Please clarify this issue as we are under the impression that sworn testimony and evidence is valid in any proceeding regardless of the jurisdiction it was presented. To say otherwise is suggestive of total disrespect and disregard towards the entire judicial process, domestic or international.

The extremely serious allegations against Ed John not only constitute domestic criminal activity, they are crimes against humanity as defined by the United Nations. Any competent investigation must be conducted by the international community not by domestic agencies. There is far to much evidence that either seriously implicates or outright identifies the direct involvement of and cover-up by high ranking members of the RCMP, Ministry for Children and Families personnel and personnel from within the Ministry of Attorney General, in this and other child exploitation cases.

Be advised that we will be contacting international police agencies to inform them of these and related issues and circumstances while also requesting international interventions for what is readily identified as crimes against humanity.

Because the RCMP have been identified as participants in this organization, we emailed Interpol and asked if they would intervene and investigate the allegations. To date, we have had no response to our query.

In an unrelated case that identified RCMP and the Ministry for Children and Families involvement in and cover-up of child pornography we requested Interpol intervention.

Their reply in this case identified the fact that Interpol is only mandated to support law enforcement agencies. They do not support public requests to investigate criminal activities perpetrated by law enforcement agencies.

We emailed Premier Dosanjh requesting an update on the investigation into the allegations levied against Ed John that he had informed us of. We received the following response to our query.
