2500 A DAY, is an informative web site created on March 8, 2004 by former U.S. Intelligence Agent, Morgan Chai. Morgan Chai has worked and lived amongst the invisibles, the children that no one cares about. She knows first hand the reality of the horrors inflicted upon innocent children throughout world. She does not write anything that cannot be proven or documented.

LINDSEY'S LAW
The purpose of this site is to raise awareness and garner support for Bill C-441, Lindsey's Law. The gaping hole in existing DNA legislation will be filled by allowing the collection of DNA from missing persons or their close relatives for the purpose of cross-referencing DNA from crime scenes and unidentified human remains. This legislation will provide answers for grieving families, justice for the victims and put violent criminals behind bars.
NOTE **
As this site was being built - late August 2002 - we were involved, to a minor degree, with what the RCMP classified as a Runaway.
A 14 year old girl was coerced into leaving home by an older male. This male has a recorded history of recruiting young females into prostitution. He has been identified as a recruiter and receives payment for every female recruited.
Many of his victims are taken into the United States. Several of these victims have never been seen again and their whereabouts remain unknown.
These types of cases are more common than the general public is aware of. In our opinion the statistics on missing children are somewhat distorted, factors such a coercion and recruitment have not been taken into consideration for the classification.of.Child.Runaways.
